Christine Safa s’attache aux instants et aux lieux chargés d’émotion que la mémoire a retenus. Des visages se mêlent aux montagnes, des silhouettes côtoient des horizons, des figures se posent dans le paysage, réduit à l’essentiel, et deviennent une couche de peinture vibrante. Privilégiant une palette chaleureuse qui avoue ses origines méditerranéennes, l’œuvre s’intéresse à ce qui reste présent, simplement mais pleinement.
